SEEDHOUSE

Seedhouse is a restored barn in Middleton, Wisconsin—just minutes from Madison, with easy highway access and a setting that feels comfortably removed from the city.

The barn and grounds can accommodate up to 200 guests, with outdoor tents for larger gatherings. We find it works especially well for groups of 40–150, with plenty of room to gather, eat, work, celebrate, or move between indoors and out.

Original beams, wide barn doors, solid floors, and the surrounding property give the space its character while leaving plenty of flexibility to make it your own. As a true restored barn, the space is seasonally climate-managed, with heating and cooling options available to keep guests comfortable as the weather calls for it.
